**Booking Terms and Conditions**

1. **Booking and Payment**

1.1 **Service Fee**  
When booking via email, social media, or phone, a service fee of 100 SEK applies. ApelvikStrand does not charge a service fee for online bookings.

1.2 **Payment Terms**  
Payment is divided into a booking fee and a final payment.  
- The booking fee is 10-20% of the accommodation cost and any cancellation protection, and must be paid no later than 10 days after booking.  
- The final payment must be received by us no later than 40 days before arrival.

1.3 **Late Booking (less than 40 days before arrival)**  
For bookings made later than 40 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid no later than 10 days after booking.

1.4 **Very Late Booking (less than 10 days before arrival)**  
For bookings made less than 10 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

1.5 **Booking Changes**  
If changes are made to an existing booking, ApelvikStrand reserves the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK.

1.6 **Booking Guarantee**  
Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, the booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If this is not done, ApelvikStrand reserves the right to cancel the booking without notifying the guest.

2. **Cancellation Policy**

2.1 **Cancellation without Cancellation Protection**  
Cancellation opportunities and costs depend on the selected price class:
- **Flex Price**  
   - At least 7 days before arrival: 10% of the total booking price will be charged.  
   - 7-2 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price will be charged
