WIFI

The WiFi in the apartments is open and can be used without a code.

Our main reception is open:
Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 10 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 8 AM – 8 PM

On-call service

In case of emergencies, please call 0340-86827.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is done through the app, which you download before arrival. Your accommodation is guaranteed from 3 PM.

Check-out is completed digitally via a link sent to your email. Cleaning is included – please help us by removing duvets and bed linen before you leave. Don’t forget to take out the trash and empty the dishwasher.

Lost Items

Sometimes things get lost. We collect most of them – contact the host on site or call 0340-868 28. Lost items are kept for 30 days.

Parking

Free Parking:

We offer free parking for our guests. Each beach house or beach apartment has an assigned parking spot marked with the same number as your accommodation.
 

Additional Cars:

If you arrive with two cars, please contact the reception for a parking permit. Extra parking spaces are available if space allows but cannot be reserved in advance.
 

Electric Cars:

We have four charging stations for electric cars. Payment is made via InCharge.

Your key to the accommodation, directly on your phone.

Locking routines

Download our Apelviken app – there you’ll find the code for the door. You can also use a mobile key through the app.

From outside: Unlock with the code or your mobile key. The door locks automatically – you’ll hear a click when it’s locked.

Kitchen and Fire Alarm

Fan & Fire Alarm: When cooking, turn both knobs on the fan to the highest setting. The fire alarm is very sensitive.

Don’t forget to press the timer when using the coffee maker, kettle, or stove.

In case of fire – call 112!

Bed linen and towels

These are included for the number of guests in your booking. Please contact the reception if anything is missing or incorrect.

Cleaning is included in all bookings.

Waste sorting

Sort food waste into brown bags and place them in the correct bin.
The recycling station is located by the main parking area, where you can sort food waste, colored glass, cardboard, newspapers, metal, PET bottles, and combustible waste.

Lawn mower robot

Our lawn mower robot cuts the grass outside the beach apartments on Thursdays between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please lift the furniture on the terrace during this time.
